Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all orders and the use of the StudioVDH website.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by StudioVDH and to every agreement concluded between StudioVDH and the customer.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products

StudioVDH supplies, among other things, wallpaper and designer lighting (such as Frezoli).
Some products are made or supplied to order.

As a result, colors, dimensions, and delivery times may slightly differ from the images shown.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. StudioVDH reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of inaccuracies or misuse.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation, unless required by law.

6. Returns

Custom-made or specially ordered products, such as:

  • Wallpaper (made to order)
  • Frezoli lighting (made to order)

cannot be returned or cancelled after the order has been placed.

For standard products, the legal 14-day withdrawal period applies, as described in our Return Policy.

7. Liability

StudioVDH is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or delays caused by third parties (such as carriers or suppliers).

Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, and logos, is the property of StudioVDH and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Changes

StudioVDH reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available on the website.
