At StudioVDH, we ensure that your order is processed and shipped with care. Below you will find all information regarding shipping, delivery times, and costs.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation including track & trace information.
🚚 Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the type of product:
- In-stock items: usually delivered within 1–5 business days
- Wallpaper (made to order): produced specifically for you and therefore has a longer delivery time. You will be informed after placing your order
- Frezoli lighting (made to order): delivery times may vary depending on the model and supplier
If there are any deviations in delivery times, we will contact you.
💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and vary depending on the order and destination. For larger orders, shipping costs may vary due to size or weight.
📍 Delivery
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is beyond our direct control, but we will of course assist in tracking your order if needed.

- Always check your address details carefully at checkout
- StudioVDH is not liable for delays caused by the carrier
- In case of damage or issues during transport, we will work with you to find a suitable solution
