Return Policy
At StudioVDH, our products are carefully selected and often produced specifically to order. As a result, we apply a tailored return policy.
🧾 Right of Withdrawal
For standard products, the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving your order applies. Within this period, you may cancel your purchase without providing any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging, including any labels
Any reduction in value due to use or damage may be deducted from the refund amount.
🚫 Exceptions – Custom and Special Orders
Certain products are excluded from the right of return, as they are made or ordered specifically for you:
- Wallpaper: produced to order and/or custom-made, and therefore cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase
- Frezoli lighting: supplied to order and therefore excluded from the right of return
These products are specifically produced or ordered for you and cannot be resold.
💸 Refunds
Once a return has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
